Jamie Johnson-Bracic is the Co-Founder & CEO of Novaré Wellness and Aesthetics, where she leads the company's growth across brand, revenue strategy, marketing, patient experience design, and scalable operations. She co-founded Novaré with Dr. Ivan Bracic to create a new kind of wellness destination in Southwest Florida—one that blends functional care, recovery, and non-invasive aesthetics into a single, integrated plan designed around the whole person.

With an executive background in product leadership, customer acquisition and retention, and growth operations, Jamie brings enterprise-level strategy into healthcare. Under her leadership, Novaré expanded from its first location to a second location two years later, evolving from chiropractic and injury care into functional wellness (2024), non-invasive aesthetics and body contouring (2025), and most recently Exomind for brain health and stronger body-brain connection.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Jamie is a proud Nebraska volleyball fan and loves spending time with her husband and their grown triplet sons when they pop in for a visit.
